About Trevor Dhanpaul

As the trusted real estate advisor for my clients, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is also a lot at stake financially and personally. This perspective on the process, and the responsibility felt towards my clients, drives me to truly be an expert at the job. As a seller, you want to effectively (and beautifully) market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient yet assertive partner, to help to buy the right home for you at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. This is where our team steps in to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator and project manager.

In 2001, I launched my real estate career, my reputation amongst my peers is as a well-respected industry innovator and early adopter of social media and digital marketing for real estate. My team and I work hard to keep ahead of the curve, combining luxury home styling with technology and forward-thinking.

To further understand the real estate financial structure I completed the New York Mortgage Loan Officer License NMLS. I took thinks one step further an became a sucessful real estate investor. I eventually left the real estate industry to persue my dream, a career in the Information Technology (IT) field. I quickly climed the ranks in the IT field which led me into the marketing / sales field in the automative industry. My experienced in the real estate industry has helped me to excel in the automative industry. I made my return into the real estate industry 2024 & I will remain in this industry because the duties of a Realtor are aligned with my destiny. I take pride & joy in being a Real Estate agent & it would be my pleasure to be of service to you in your real estate needs.
